Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Recovering movement and strength after joint, muscle, or bone injuries, guided by a plan built around your body and your goals. Whether you're managing a chronic joint condition or working back from a fracture, your therapist adjusts each session as your mobility, strength, and pain levels change. Most plans blend hands-on joint mobilization with targeted strengthening exercises, so you leave each visit a little more capable than the last.
Commonly treats
Here are some of the conditions we see most often — if yours isn't listed, ask us; there's a good chance we treat it too.
Sports Injury Recovery
Structured treatment for athletes at every level, focused on healing safely and returning to your sport with confidence. Programs combine hands-on treatment with sport-specific strengthening, so you come back stronger and less likely to re-injure the same area. We also look at what led to the injury in the first place — training load, technique, or muscle imbalances — so recovery includes a plan for staying on the field.

Manual Therapy
Hands-on techniques that ease pain, improve joint movement, and help your body heal more effectively. Often used alongside exercise-based treatment, manual therapy can loosen tight tissue, restore range of motion, and calm pain that hasn't responded to rest alone. It's a good fit whether you're dealing with a recent strain or a stiffness that's been building for years.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
A carefully paced recovery program that helps you regain movement and strength safely after surgery. Your plan is coordinated around your surgeon's protocol and moves through clear stages, from protecting the healing area to rebuilding full function. Sessions track your progress closely, so timelines adjust to how your body is actually healing rather than a fixed calendar.

Back and Neck Pain Treatment
Targeted care for chronic and acute pain in the spine, aimed at lasting relief, not just short-term comfort. Treatment looks at posture, movement habits, and muscle imbalances together, so the pain is less likely to keep coming back. Whether the pain came on suddenly or has built up over months at a desk, the plan starts with figuring out what's actually driving it.

Pediatric Physical Therapy
Gentle, effective therapy that supports children's movement, coordination, and development at every stage. Sessions are adapted to each child's age and comfort level, with simple guidance parents can continue at home between visits. The pace is set by your child, not the clock, with plenty of encouragement to keep sessions feeling like play rather than a chore.

Our Mission
AG Physio was founded on a simple idea: every patient deserves a treatment plan built around their body, their goals, and their pace of recovery. We combine hands-on therapy with clear communication, so you always know what progress looks like and what comes next.
Meet the Founder
Dr. Ahmed Gaber, PT, DPT — Founder and Lead Physical Therapist. Dr. Gaber trained at Cairo University's Faculty of Physical Therapy and spent over a decade treating orthopedic and sports injuries in hospital and clinical settings before founding AG Physio. He built the clinic around one goal: giving patients in Cairo access to the kind of attentive, evidence-based care he wished more people had.
